RETURN POLICY

Handmade Ceramics

Because our products are handmade, some variations will occur between each piece but we do our best to match the measurements and images shown on our website. We recommend reading the dimensions and descriptions listed on our website carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns except in the unlikely event of damaged items. That said, we are happy to accept exchanges for the same product (in the same size) for a different colorway. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. We will only accept unused pieces in the original packaging and you will be responsible for the product to arrive undamaged during transport. Please, contact us at fixxationboutique@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order if you would like to exchange for a different colorway.

 

Other Goods

We are happy to except reutrns and exchanges for all unused/unworn full priced items. Clothing and accessories must have original tags. All sale items are final. 


ORDER CANCELING

It's ok if you have changed your mind on your order, just let us know within 24 hours of order confirmation, otherwise we will be hard at work handcrafting your pieces. Please email us at fixxationboutique@gmail.com.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, please reach out to us at fixxationboutique@gmail.com, so we can help! It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check for damage within five business days of receiving your order. If your order arrives damaged, we'll need photos of the damaged item, as well as the box and shipping label. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with damages for orders more than five business days after delivery.


LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Please, contact us at fixxationboutique@gmail.com with your order number.


FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION(S)

Applies to domestic orders only within the contiguous 48 states. We utilize UPS Ground through which customers receive their orders 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of order process.
